Tzvetana Maneva was born in Bulgaria on 30 January 1944. She is one of the most famous Bulgarian actresses off all time. She was born in Plovdiv and her artistic career started here. The eminent Bulgarian actress made her debut in cinema in the 1960s and has appeared in more than 50 Bulgarian films. Maneva finished her education in 1966.Mrs Maneva has also played in the theatre. Her famous appearances are in 'Opera za Tri Grosha', 'Svekurva', 'Nora', 'Albena', 'Medeia' and so on. For her 60th birthday the theatre director - Margarita Mladenova invited Tzvetana and another famous Bulgarian actress - Maria Kavardjikova to play in David Hare's play 'Breath of Life' - 'I Chovekut Stana Jiva Dusha'.
