Nicholas Triandafyllidiswas born on September 9, 1966 in Chicago, Illinois, USA. He was educated in Sociology and Communication Studies at the P.A.S.P.E. University in Athens and in filmmaking at the London International Film School. He worked as a freelance writer (rock'n roll and cinema) and as a radio producer. Α collection of his poems entitled "The Οn Purpose" was published ίn 1990. He is a director and writer, known for The Sentimentalists (2014), Screamin' Jay Hawkins: I Put a Spell on Me (2001) and Black Milk (1999).
