A graduate in Film and TV Production from the Faculty of Dramatic Arts in Skopje, Robert Naskov started his professional career as a location assistant on PEACEMAKER produced by DreamWorks SKG. In 2000, he produced the documentary series DOSSIER SKOPJE, which became the most popular national TV project. His film BAL-CAN-CAN was the highest-grossing film to date in Macedonia and was also awarded as the best film in the region. He is a founder and CEO of Kino Oko production company which participated in EuropaCorp's production HUMAN ZOO. From 2006 to 2010, he served as the President of the Macedonian Film Professionals Association. In 2009, he co-produced Juanita Wilson's AS IF I'M NOT THERE. His recent projects include the European co-productions BALKAN IS NOT DEAD by Aleksandar Popovski and THE THIRD HALF by Darko Mitrevski. Robert Naskov is an active member of the European Film Academy and the European Producers Club. He is currently shooting the European co-production SISKA DE LUXE by the Slovenian director Jan Cvitkovic. He is also preparing the LIBERATION OF SKOPJE, a directorial debut of Rade Sherbedzija, and working on Darko Mitrevski's THE MISS STONE AFFAIR.
