Biography

BOJAN VULETIC was born on 19 August 1977 in Belgrade. He graduated in film and TV directing from the Faculty of Dramatic Arts in Belgrade in 2007. He has worked as assistant director on numerous films and independently directed several documentaries and short feature films and TV series (“Lovers”, “Tears of Dennis Tito”, “Vanda Never Forgets Anything”, “My Heart and I”). He has so far directed documentaries “Curuvija” and “Tapestry in Serbo-Croatian” in the production of RTV B92, the latter one being awarded at the 2004 Motovun Film Festival. His first feature film is “Practical Guide to Belgrade with Singing and Crying”, which premiered internationally at the prominent festival in Karlovy Vary. He was also awarded the Fedeora international critics’ award at the 2012 Pula Film Festival. He is a coscreenwriter of “Love and Other Crimes” and the author of the idea for short film “Fabulous Vera”, a segment in the award-winning omnibus “Lost and Found”.
