Synopsis:

The film is the story of Terente, a man enrolled in a military vessel but forced to desert because of conflicts with his superiors. Terente helped Bazil (Dinica), a renown journalist to hide for a while in Braila until caught and imprisoned. Escapes this time, and after a series of burglaries he gets a huge amount of money.
