Synopsis:

During the turbulent last decade of the 20th century, more than half a million young, educated people have left Serbia. Among them, Jelena, Katarina and Marija. They met each other by accident in New York. Each one of these young women has her own reasons for leaving Belgrade. They tried to deal with their problems outside their homeland, but somehow, the problems just got deeper.
