On St. Peter's Day in 1942 ustasha (Croat Nazis) captured 14-member Serbian family Kaurin. They took them to the ustasha concentration camp Jasenovac. Five of them survived. Among them was a girl named Milja. She returned blind from the camp because she was tortured and forced to look at the scorching summer sun. Milja still lives in her native village of Murati near the town of Kozarska Dubica.
