Synopsis:

From time immemorial the Danube River has been “the river of the life.“ The Danube gives but it also takes. Last year numerous floods were registered both in the world and in our country. Last summer the Danube was higher than ever. Many homes in the Danube basin remained under water. It is known how many families were endangered, but nobody went to see many poor people's settlements nor did anybody make the list of victims.
