Synopsis:

The film Adriana was shot on various locations for a period of four months in 2010. It is about Adriana Popović, a sculptor of Serbian origin born in Paris. The film searches for the origins of her vocation. It seeks to investigate the effort – primarily of inner nature – she put, even as a child, into a struggle for her identity and for her will to create. The film also gives us a visual, authorial vision of her inner world that is expressed through her sculptures, dealing more with the roots of her inspiration than with the process itself, even though the process is of course visible, and at the same time not neglecting her important sculptural achievements. This film is a romantic, poetic vision of creativity in general.
