Synopsis:

The winner in the war has forbidden the music that was played and sang by the opponent. People who were entertaining the occupiers paid with their lives. But in this story, the heroes Girl and commissar Mirce have difficulties finding new music, for the instruments are either out of tune or decommissioned. That's why they need tuners, piano tuners too. The girl refuses the love of Commissioner Mirče and turns towards the piano tuner. Piano tuner teaches the girls to play, but even that will not add up. The birth of music and new love will have to wait.
