Synopsis:

The adventure of the life of a Neo-Greek from 1941 to our days. A student before the war, he finds himself imrpisoned by the Italians. He escapes and seeks refuge in the mountains. The partisans find him in a chapel and take him with them. After surviving his first battle where the Germans burn down a village and the partisans slaughter 70 prisoners, he experiences life in the resistance but keeps a critical distance from events.
