Dawn

Synopsis:

Ιt takes love, betrayal and forgiveness for a brave young woman to discover her identity. Her transformation takes place through her creative dedication to her work. When Nikos leaves Vasso she devotes herself to the Harama (Dawn) club where they sang together and becomes as a result of copious efforts as well as a life of abstinence and personal loneliness, the favourite singer of Greek audiences. Her modesty and talent provide her with an inner balance and when a "repentant" Nikos inevitably reappears one night in her dressing room begging for a "second chance", a job and to work with Vasso, she can οnly offer him forgiveness, a dry offer of financial support and after a momentary burst of passion, an icy indifference. Vasso didn't get where she is with all that pain, the vain hopes, so as to let her independence and the aspirations of a woman who is still young go to waste.
