Synopsis:

Α journey to remote Epirus and its musical tradition. A film that constitutes an hymn to the Greek countryside set against the background of the Zagorochoria villages which with time are regaining their lost vitality and brilliance. The film’s central hero is ten year-old Elias. All he wants is to be a musician and convey to the world the magic of his own music, the traditional music of Epirus. For young Elias this music allows him to walk on personal footpaths. Through the innocent eyes of the talented boy the magic of the music of Epirus and the natural beauty of the Greek countryside are “revealed”, weaving a canvas of optimism and unexpected emotions.
