Derya Durmaz was born on September 3, 1973 in Stuttgart, Germany. Studied Economy, Human Rights Law and Acting. She is an actress and writer, known for The Blue Wave (2013), Hair (2010), Not Worth a Fig (2009) and Refugee (2007) and Ihlamurlar altinda (2005). Her 1st short film ZIAZAN participated in over 40 festivals and won 11 awards.
